I have just bought a menstrual cup and I know that you are supposed to boil it between cycles, but this just isn’t an option.

I can’t boil it in the family cooking pots because my dad will come in and see and putting something from my vagina in the pots we use for food is icky.

Can anyone suggest more discreet alternatives to boiling it in a pan? Can I use regular hand soap or put it in a mug of boiling water from the kettle?
