A bit confused

Hi everyone! So I had liposuction on my thighs on May 25th. I usually get my period every month on time which is usually the 20th of every month. I haven’t had my period since April but I am on birth control (IUD) now I’m starting to be a bit worried if there’s any chance of me being pregnant! I was thinking if the liposuction procedure have any thing to do with me missing my period
