Blood clots continue after 2 months of abortion

I had abortion on 21st May 2020. I had very light bleeding. I did not have any pain or any problems. I did not even take single painkiller for it. It was very normal and not even period like cramps. I took pad only for 4 to 5 days then it was only small blood clot after pee. That too bcz I wash the vagina with water every time after pee. But it is more than 2 months and I still have that red mucus after I wash my vagina.

Is it normal?
