Pregnancy incontience

I’m only 9weeks. This is SUPER embarrassing.

I have been doing my daily kegels.

Today I have had so much cm and peed myself every time I cough or my son crawls on me.

But I just got undressed for my shower and as I’m reaching for the towels I feel something going down my leg. I was freaking peeing myself!! 😱😰

Has this happened to anyone else??

The last time I had this feeling was when my water broke but I know this wasnt my water it was definitely urine.
