Mucus plug/bloody show

Baby number 2!

I just went to the bathroom and lost my mucus plug, with my son I lost it and went into labor within 48 hours. This time I just lost it and I’m having a ton of menstrual like cramps which I’m not sure on and some back pain. Could this be contractions? I’m 3cm dilated and 50% effaced
