Hi , I need help understanding this chart thing. How do you read the DPO chart and when does it show pregnancy ?

For me around 8dpo I had a dip in my nasal body temperature chart then it rose again the next day and continued, where if you get a period your temp will go down sometimes near your period day of period then you know you haven’t conceived

Your days past ovulation is calculated only after ovulAtion,
So say you had a standard 28 day cycle, with ovulation happening on day 14. That would mean day 15 of your cycle is 1dpo, and so on,
Right up till the day before you period you keep counting the days then obviously if and when you get next period that’s a new cycle.
So it works the same for a cycle that’s not standard
But the only way to know for sure you have indeed ovulation is by tracking for body basal temperature

I’ve no idea what you mean by dpo chart but to find out what dpo you are you need to count from the day of your first period to the far you are on now xxx
