Anyone do anything different on the cycle they conceived?

Stopped trying! Lol the month I decided to switch gears and stop tracking and was waiting for my period to show up and ‘sure I didn’t have symptoms’ I was pregnant. My last two pregnancies have started this way, my first I wasn’t trying either but was on birth control and was a bigger surprise.

Only had sex 2 times in fertile window. At 5 and 3 days before expected ovulation. We tried 11 months of pretty much every other/3days having sex. 
Coincidentally it happened with my second baby too on the first try. (Only doing the 2 days)

When I got pregnant in May, I did keagles or whatever they’re called after we got done having sex. I also made sure to lay down for roughly 20 minutes before I went up to go pee.
