I’m super confused and hope someone can dumb this down for me.

I was told I would need a bank statement or a bill in my name to show proof of residency. All I have is a rental agreement/lease because I rent out a basement from someone. I usually pay in cash so there’s no statement. They tie in utilities into my rent costs so no bill in my name. Just a set amount I agreed to pay every month. What are my options? Am I just screwed?

If I make my text rent payment over an app or something is that enough proof?
