Intermittent Fasting and Fertility
I currently do 18:6 intermittent fasting. It works well for me. I feel healthy, it fits nicely into my lifestyle. I plan to start TTC #2 next year. I will obviously not do IF while pregnant, but am trying to decide if I should stop 3 months before starting to TTC or wait to stop if/when I get my BFP. I guess I was just curious if anyone has successfully conceived while doing IF, I’ve heard it can mess with your fertility. Thanks!
