First trimester

Hi girls, how do you guys cope with the first semester?😞 I am a first time mom and I’m currently 6 weeks and 4 days, but I literally have no appetite I throw up all the water I drink. I was in the hospital 3 days ago for dehydration and abdominal pain. They also gave me pills for nausea and vomiting. But I feel weaker by the day even if I try to eat.
