So I tried my first night of unisom & B6 in the morning. I felt SO drowsy all morning despite a good night sleep. And by noon my nausea is back just like any other day. Do I need to give it a few days of trying this combo for it to kick the nausea? And should I try half a unisom pill so I’m not laying on the couch all morning ignoring my 4yo & 1.5yo?
