Should I do my Chloe Tings workout today? (Please read)

I’m on day 9 of my Chloe Tings workout. The reason why I’m torn about doing the workout today is because I feel like I might be spreading myself too thin.

I woke up today with:

-Strep throat symptoms

-Sore legs from my separate workout. (I did lunges for 100 yards and the back of my legs are hurting)

- I’m around day 20 of my cycle so I feel tired and have a weakened immune system

I don’t want to give up on myself because I’m seeing progress and have been exercising and dieting for over a week now. I took a shower and some time to feel quite a bit better but I don’t want to wake up tomorrow feeling even worse than today.
