What causes these headaches?!

I’ve been getting TERRIBLE, throbbing headaches that are like behind my eye and radiates up to forehead. Just on the left side though. It’s miserable. What causes these? Best remedies? Tylenol does nothing for them.

That is me all the time! Everyone tells me Tylenol but it does nothing at all for me. I usually just have to have a snack, drinks a lot of water, and lay down in the dark for a little bit or nap. That is the only thing that helps

If you don’t want to take Tylenol. I suffered for weeks with headaches. My midwife told me to take magnesium. And IT WORKS. First day without a headache.

Tylenol doesn't help me at all, but yeah I get migraines. My doctor told me I can use excedrin until I'm about 20 weeks pregnant. They said if they are bad after that they do have things they can prescribe that are safe. Check with your doctor. 😊

Mine i find come from lacking on water intake or protein. I had one earlier and ate some almonds and had some water. Feel much better now.
