Am I out or should I test ??

My “period”was 1 day late when I woke up that morning nothing when I went back a few hours later i bled but not on my underwear just the inside had some red blood so I thought it was AF then a few hours later i check the liner (I normally need to use pads because I’m heavy af)and there’s nothing at all that night it was just a lil spotting and when I wiped it was very light pink the Next morning I changed my liner because of overnight so I thought well it’s day 2 and day 2 of AF I’m the worst so I put a pad on thinking I’d soak it and nothing it was a waste of a pad and the bleeding / spotting was just on n off I don’t have a flow going on it’s now day 5 as I can still use liners there’s no blood clots or heavy bleeding like my normal AF just still very light pink / pinkish red very little cramps I wouldn’t call it cramps it’s more like a tiny pinch. Could I still be pregnant this month ? Or just an off AF
