Can someone please explain? Ovulation test strip help

First month tracking ovulation using test strips, everything was going well, line was getting darker. Then today, absolutley no line.  Can anyone explain why this may be please

Your levels fluctuate throughout your cycle. Make sure no to use first morning pee. Once it gets a little darker test twice a day. Also try using a basal body thermometer as well to confirm ovulation with opks. Good luck
