What can I do if my hairs falling out?

Hi all, im 18 and my hair has started to thin and fall out more than usual, I know you lose 80 hairs a day anyway but I’m losing a lot of hair. I don’t over brush my hair and I rarely wear it up. What can I do please? I’m desperate not to lose my hair

Unfortunately there are a lot of things that can effect hair loss. Stress (usually what causes mine) and diet can cause hair to fall out quicker. Also over coloring or treating the hair is another. There are vitamins called Hair,Skin and Nails (can’t remember the brand) that are good to use. If you’re feeling a bit stressed or overwhelmed I would suggest a relaxing activity like reading, yoga or which ever you find most effective. I hope you get the answers and solutions you need🙂
