EPO primrose oil capsules
Hey mamas! So my midwife suggested that I start taking primrose oil capsules to help soften my cervix, and hopefully help me to start dilating. I am 36 weeks and she is having me start them tomorrow 2 capsules a day that are both 1,300 mg each. I just wanted to know if anyone has experience with primrose oil. I want to know others experiences before I start taking it.
