Ladies, I'd like to find out. Has anyone with hormonal problems gotten pregnant from clomid and actually ended up carrying the baby full term? Was there measures put in place or there was not need? Hs anyone miscarried from this?

I have PCOS - main issues with me are cysts on my ovaries and imbalanced hormones. So my Dr suggested clomid to help me conceive since I struggle to ovulate (but I still have regular periods😪). My concern is, clomid just helps with ovulation right? Not necessarily the hormone issue. So how did u ladies manage your imbalanced hormones during pregnancy?
