It’s a regular newborn rash ! My son had the same thing his pediatrician said it will go away on it own mama.

I think that's normal but if you're concerned make a zoom call with the pediatrician or email some pictures like this. I'm pretty sure it's a normal rash but I'm not a doctor so please don't take that to heart.

It's a newborn rash. My baby girl is 3 weeks old and just started breaking out in her face a couple days ago and this morning it was worse. I was told to use aveeno excema balm or the aveeno soothing cream for baby. Trust me I was really freaking out about it cause I know everything is clean at my house and everything is washed but my friend calmed me down a lot today. I couldn't go to the store but my mom bought it for me. My friend said it will help a lot. I'll see.

My pediatrician described it as temporarily hives, the baby’s skin is reacting to all the new chemicals etc that it wasn’t exposed to in the womb. She said that’s why it’s a good idea to use baby detergents/ soaps etc and not wear perfumes etc to minimize the disruption.
