Scared to have another one

I have been spotting for 3 days almost, took a test said negative. I have had 2 miscarriages and 2 ectopic pregnancies. My heart is filled with so many emotions but I know that I cant go through the pain of losing another child. I'm scared to test, scared to go to the hospital, scared to get my hopes up.

I hate this feeling
