48 years old not sure if I had a MC?

I’ve never had a MC so I’m uncertain if it’s even possible since I’m barely fertile at my age (I have a 12 and 13 yr old). I have horrible periods anyway due to endometriosis however I’m quite regular and my husband and I use no protection (and never have outside of withdrawal). Well withdrawl didn’t happen this month and my “period” arrived 6 days early (unusual for me as I’m very regular). Beyond that the bleeding was out of control. I bleed heavily between day 2-4 and here I am on day 8 of the bleeding! Yesterday I wiped and saw tissue (not clot) so it crossed my mind if this could possibly be a MC? If I take a pregnancy test and I did indeed miscarry would the rest show positive? I wouldn’t have been more than 4-6 weeks if I was.
