Steps in becoming vegan
I'm really interested in becoming vegan. I was vegan for about 6 months back when I was 19, but went on vacation to visit my husband's family and it was impossible to stay on track 🙃 I'm interested in the vegan lifestyle for my health and because I love animals. I already don't eat beef🤢 I eat a lot of fish like, salmon and crab. I eat chicken every now and then. What are your favorite easy vegan recipes; breakfast,lunch,dinner and snack?? What are some little steps in making the switch easier? What are foods that are not vegan that I would accidentally mistake for vegan?
My husband is not interested in being vegan, he is the main cook in the house. So I will be making food for just me, but I'd like simple, filling meals.
Just need advice and pointers please...
