Thirsty?

Has anyone else felt extremely thirsty, even dehydrated in the early weeks? I know it’s hot out but I can’t seem to get enough water.

That’s exactly how I’ve been feeling lately but I’m 30 weeks but felt that way since like 25 weeks or so. Could just be the time of year I guess!

Yep. I couldn’t get enough water early on in both pregnancies.

When I'm pregnant I can almost never quench my thirst. When I'm drinking copious amounts of water and still thirsty normally I need a little juice or Gatorade and then I feel better.

Dont drink only water for hydration. You need sugar and electrolytes to stay properly hydrated. Milk is the best thing to drink for hydration. Sports drinks like Gatorade, Powerade, or Body Armor are also great for it too.

I had to be hospitalized for dehydration and that was winter. So yeah.
