So confused, HELP!

I went in for an ultrasound on 7/29 at 31 weeks because doctors were concerned about baby boy’s weight & whether or not he’s on the larger side. My ultrasound tech was so kind enough to try & get a 3D ultrasound for me, but because he was facing my back, she said she was having a lot of trouble getting it. I got an ultrasound picture & I also took a picture on the screen of what I believed to be baby boys face, but I’m not entirely sure. FTM here. Is there ANYONE, who can tell me what I’m looking at?? To me it looks like his forehead, eyes, nose & lips. & his hand next to his head at the top? I have no clue 😢
