Baby not bonded with dad

How do I get baby to bond with dad if all she does is scream with him? I put her on him when she’s calm but she always freaks out shortly after, do I really let an 8 week old “cry it out” with him or what am I supposed to do here? Once she’s on me she is fine. I go outside while he tries to do skin on skin, we put music on for her, she has paci and just fed but all she does is scream with him!
