I have no idea what’s going on

I took a really cheap pregnancy test at like 9 days late it was negative which I figured it would be and now I’m 12 days late and my boobs HURT idk what’s going on I had cramps like it was coming and nothing idk what to do idk what group to put this in so here it is

UPDATE: still negative I have a doctors appointment on the 4th hopefully we’ll figure out what’s up
