Will this effect us in TTC?

I am not sure if this is the right group for this question but I hope you guys will help me out to find some answers. And sorry if its TMI. So I am very close to my fertile window and my husband and I started a bit early to BD. A few days ago is have realized that my husbands semen is not as thick as it was before. It is more watery now and not sticky at all. The way I found our was because after every time he'd finish it'd just drip out of me even if I was laying down. So today we tested it out and he finished on my stomach.... like I suspected it was all watery and I'd say clear. I am not sure what to do at this point.... we are trying for #3
