To remove or not to remove

Lorraine

So I have a 12 month old son and got an IUD placed after he was born. I'm getting really bad baby fever and my husband said we can start trying early August if I make an appointment to get my IUD removed. However, I recently started a new job that involves walking 10-15 miles a day and some heavy lifting. It's a starting position and I have opportunity to move on to a less physically demanding position (the starter position is kind of like a revolving door, typically not a permanent position). Though I'm not sure when that will be, as I'm pretty much the only one in the position at the moment. I'm considering either switching to another birth control that I can more easily get off of or trying the natural family planning method.
