Does anyone have any idea why I’ve a headache for 8 days? I’m on no medication or any form of birth control, and have no illnesses that i’m aware of. I’m i’m always super hydrated, I make sure to drink 40-80 oz water a day. It’s also accompanied with some mild nausea but it’s definitely gone down since the first couple days.

I’ve taken advil and migraine medication and they only help for a couple hours. I’m starting to get worried but I don’t want to go to the doctors for just a headache, especially during this time.
