I had a miscarriage on 29 June 2020. My period hasn't started yet. App says 2 days late. I get nauseous, frequent urination, had period like pains and twinging in my stomach, one day got a sharp pain then gone. Get hot flashes sometimes. So this morning I tested and it came out negative. I am confused... and so very sad. With my previous pregnancy it took us 3 months to get pregnant and then at 11 weeks pregnant the miscarriage and I for sure felt like this time could be it and just to be disappointed by a negative test. Could I be right? Am I really not pregnant or did I test to early?
