Scared to have sex again

I’ve been dying to have sex with my husband but we actually tried last night and I was scared to death! I couldn’t believe how nervous I was! I was so disappointed in myself after. 😞 He barely put it in and I was feeling the burn and made him stop. Probably a little TMI but my poor husband was so excited since it’s been so long that we didn’t even have to go any further and he still finished. 😂 Lucky him! But I don’t know how to get over this fear now. How was your first time? Any advice? I know lubrication is key especially because I’m breastfeeding. I just want to be able to enjoy sex again 😩 just the thought of trying again though makes me want to cry. I forgot to mention that I did have a tear but it didn’t require stitches
