Could really use suggestions

Has anyone with pcos struggled for years with their menstrual hardly ever making an appearance? We have been trying to add one more love to our little family for 3 years now. I was put on a pill that they give to women with endometriosis to shed excess lining when I skip 2 to 3 months which without it I was going up to 8 months without AF, which was hard to track when i ovulated. It's beginning to get the best of me and hoping there is someone who can give me new ideas to try.
