When to call the hospital?😞 FTM

For the last week I’ve been having pains, however tonight they have ramped up and I have pains all around my belly, my coccyx/bum has pressure/pains, some pelvic pains, I’ve had Diarrhea and sickness all day, the pains are gradually getting worse. I’m 35w.
At what point do I say I’m not having false pains and potentially call the hospital?

If you feel you need to call than call. There is no right or wrong time to call them. The worst they say is to hold off coming in and document everything till morning. Or they could say to just come in and get checked out.

Call if you’re wondering if you should call. It’s better to be safe. The OB nurses and your doctor are usually pretty helpful when it comes to letting you know if you should come in or not.
There’s also a contractions app you can download that you can download that will also help you let you know if you should go. I added a screenshot to this for you.

I would try to time these pains if you can just so you have something to tell the hospital. But yes if you are worried, call

I think you always call if you’re in doubt.  The worst they can say is stay home, right?

Everyone’s labor starts different. From that I wouldn’t assume labor because contractions usually come in waves, you feel your uterus tightening, and lots of cramping... but this could be how YOU present so if getting painful.., def go in.
