Possible pregnancy

So I’m 5 days away from my period and I’m cramping like usual. My partner and I didn’t have sex this month but we did play around on my ovulation window. He didn’t come into contact with my other than fingers and he didn’t finish or anything. I’ve played with him and touched my self ( out side only) and am worried.

I know this is not how pregnancy works but online research has really scared me

I’m not sure if this cramping is my normal cramping as I’ve scared myself by researching on line.

I’ve also asked if he was close to finishing for any chance of PC and he said no.

Any advice would be appreciated!
