Snack prepped for the week.
Thought I’d post for anyone struggling with GD or anyone else who wants ideas. Sometimes it’s hard to think of snacks! I find it easier to have them prepped and I love reading posts about other people’s meal prepping! 🤓 So, here’s to great numbers and good nutrition!
I made a cabbage soup today, which is super low carb and yummy.
That’s my lunch for tomorrow but I’m freezing the rest.
I have bananas and peanut butter-I only eat them 1/2 of them paired with PB, usually a morning snack. Sometimes I have peanut butter banana toast for breakfast.
Veggies with hummus
Cucumbers and garlic/herb cream cheese
Crackers and chicken salad cups
Crackers and peanut butter
Pepperonis and cheese sticks-putting an egg with those, they’re cooling.
I made some overnight protein oats for breakfast.
A container of berries, 1 cup
And some pickle cups.
I also have a dry snack box with crackers, nuts, popcorn, Kind bars, jerkey, and a few other things.
Set yourself up for success! GD can be a scary thing. I had a terrible experience last pregnancy. ❤️
