Cradle Cap or Ringworm?

Any mamas have an inclination which this could be? My mother just found out she has ringworm after coming over to snuggle my one month old a million times. We saw our pediatrician via video appointment and she said cradle cap. But the video quality was poor and I’ve never seen cradle cap like this so I’m unconvinced.
