Fear of another loss
I’m 5 weeks 4 days pregnant and all I can think about is losing this baby. This baby was an accident but a happy one. I had 2 miscarriages between my two older girls who are 6 & 7 now. I keep having nightmares about bleeding and I’m scared all the time. I have some left side cramping and low back pain which terrifies me. How do I deal with the anxiety? Is the cramping (mild, but consistent and lasting a few days now) worth a call to the dr? 😬
