Faint positive

So I took two tests on Saturday that had vvvvfp like the picture below. I took 2 more tests yesterday..like the strip ones you dip in urine. Those were negative. I’m waiting for my dr to order lap work. I’m 7 days late. I ovulated last on July 13th. Should I just wait for bloodwork to confirm more? We have been trying since February 2019 so this would be the best thing ever. I’m just so nervous it’s going to end up negative even after getting two positives. So anxious. I’m so bloated and crampy though! Thoughts?!? No
