With my first pregnancy, I was seeing a chiropractor before I was pregnant and saw one once every 3-4 weeks until I delivered!

Definitely safe and worth the time and money🖤 Just let them know you’re pregnant because of the xrays with initial consultations and they’ll accommodate you☺️ Congrats!

I always see my chiropractor while I’m pregnant. Make sure they’re Webster certified though. It makes a HUGE difference!
