Is it over again?

Had a miscarriage 06/17 I found out I was pregnant last week with no cycle in between and instead of my HCG doubling it went from 1800 to 450. The nurse said I was miscarrying again. This will be my third miscarriage and I’m thinking of giving up. I have a beautiful toddler that needs my love and energy moving forward.
