Any ideas on how to set up this space? We will be taking the shelving out soon nand mounting the TV on the wall. The metal sheets around the fireplace have to stay in order for it to be up to code, we will eventually put stone up and get rid of the sheets.

How would you lay this out as far as where to put seating (we are getting a couch with a chase soon) and TV, etc? What would you add or take away? Also doing either wood floor or wood grain tile at some point l.

Baby stuff isn't typically in here but I just ran the carpet cleaner in the play room so its in here while it dries.
