Hi ladies!! So I've had my first midwife call (due to Covid it couldn't be face to face) I'm 6 weeks tomorrow (third baby). We were talking about my last pregnancies in terms of my labour and delivery (I couldnt grumble! They were very fast labours and deliveries) however with both pregnancies my placenta would not fall away straight away! With my first it took 27 minutes to come away after delivery which wasn't too bad but with my second it took 50 minutes. My midwife who delivered my second said when it hits an hour I'd be taken down to surgery. Both placental were gently pulled out after loads of tummy massages. So I mentioned this to my midwife now and she is booking me in for a consultancy. Does this mean a possible c section? TIA xx
