Help me understand please

So I took these two today. The top one was taken at 11:27 am and the bottom one at 2:09pm.... from what I can see the top one showed that LH level was a peak.

This morning I took one tablet of Phentermine. Can it affect ovulation? There is just no way that my LH leven would drop this fast I I'd stop ovulating just a little under 3 hours.
