During work I try to pump anywhere between 4-5 times a day and LO is breastfed anytime I'm home. I average 3 ounces from both breasts when I pump. I work 10 hour days so usually pump every 2 hours. I just don't feel like its enough and we are burning through the freezer stash. I'm drinking mothers milk tea, body armour drinks didn't work for me, I'm staying hydrated. Also eat oatmeal so much I need to get stock in Quaker Oats.
