Stinky baby/ hands

Okay, ladies... My son seriously stinks! 🤪Lol anyone else have a baby who has stinky hands especially? What can be done? Maybe I need to bathe him daily but I worry his skin will dry out.

Some facts:

-He's bathed three times a week (my pediatrician insists on fragrance free wash!)

-He's breastfed

-He has mild reflux (now that I'm dairy-free)

-He recently started sucking his hands

-He's 11 weeks today and big for his age (~16 1/2 lbs)

-He wears the love to dream arms up swaddle

-Never had these issues with his big sis so it's uncharted territory for me

-No matter what, I sure love this stinky baby 😉
