My son was born 11 days ago. I had a c section bc he was sunny side up. I tried nursing him at the hospital but wasn’t sure how much colostrum I produced. We were discharged after day 3 and when I got home I tried to nurse him but my nipple started bleeding and it was so sore I just stopped nursing him and didn’t pump either. I started pumping again about a week ago and also have been trying to nurse him as well but I’m not producing enough. I know its prob because I stopped nursing and pumping. I just bought some lactation cookies so hopefully that will help. Anyone have any suggestions ? It’s frustrating.
