Bum pressure at 7 weeks?!?!?!

Hi guys, weird post but the last couple of days I’ve been having pressure in the bum!! Is that normal so early on?

No blood and a few twitches here and there on my right side but very low down, above pubic bone. Ectopic did cross my mind, getting scanned tonight xx
