Hello gamer girls

Anyone know why I can’t add my debit card to my account I’m trying purchase something on the PS4 store and I can’t buy it says invalid when I try to add my card so I try and add a different debit card it won’t take BOTH have money in them I even Venmo money to my friend so she can try to do it for me off her debit card it won’t let me add a debit card do you guys think my account was hacked ??? Should I just buy a PS4 gift card to add to buy things with ??
