Could I have miscarried or is my nurse practitioner an idiot?

So on Friday, I found out I was pregnant. I already knew I was. My period is like clockwork. If it doesn’t come, I’m pregnant. Plus I’m having a little bit of sickness and a whole lot of gas and heartburn. Also, there’s brown discharge and mild “cramps”. I went to the ER on Saturday, to just be sure I’m in the clear. I’ve had 3 miscarriages and no children, so of course I’m scared. I take all the blood and urine tests. Get an ultrasound (by the way, they only did the one that they pass over the stomach, never the one they insert into the vagina). I have fibroids. They know that, I know that. That’s not why I went. So the nurse practitioner comes and tells me, you aren’t pregnant. You’ve never been pregnant.. your hcg levels are 118.8. I said so in order to be pregnant, you have to have hcg levels, correct sir? He said yes. I said, didn’t you JUST tell me I had hcg levels? Yes, but it’s only 100. Ok sir. Then he tells me my symptoms are all in my head or maybe I’m in early pregnancy or my fibroids caused a false positive. At this point, it’s made me doubt myself. But wouldn’t I have had a miscarriage by now?
