Energy in pregnancy

Hi beautiful ladies.

So my energy has been fluctuating, pretty much day on/day off. I eat a vegan diet which has never caused an issue, and always given me energy, but this pregnancy thing is depleting me! Most days I wouldn't mind sleeping all day. It probably doesn't help that I'm not exercising or working anymore (from busy, strong and fit, to having all the free time, feeling weak and exhausted!)

I'm 14 weeks pregnant.

Would love to know what works for you, to keep your energy up. Food, supplements, exercises etc etc.
